COA Photos COA Racer... Gary Betsy converted the midget race car below, donated by Jeff Kot, to the "COA" racer. Gary and Kasia have prepared and painted it to COA black. The COA racer made its debut in Atlantic City at the Indoor Midget Race in January, 2010 and since then has appeared at many COA events.
